IMPORTANT: THE SHIPPING METHODS PROVIDED ON IMAGINE THAT'S WEBSITE REPRESENT SPECIFIC SHIPPING METHODS PROVIDED BY THE MAIL CARRIER(S). THE DAYS REPRESENT HOW LONG IT TYPICALLY TAKES FOR A PACKAGE TO ARRIVE BASED ON THE SELECTED SHIPPING METHOD ONCE THE CARRIER HAS RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. THESE DATES ARE PROVIDED BY THE MAIL CARRIER BUT THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED. WE RECOMMEND ORDERING WITH THE EXPECTATION TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BEFORE THE ITEM IS “NEEDED”. ONCE SHIPPED, AN ORDER WILL NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED DUE TO CARRIER DELAYS. CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY APPLY ONCE AN OFFICIAL CLAIM IS FILED AND PROCESSED WITH THE CARRIER.

Orders placed before 4pm CST usually ship same day (weekends, holidays, and major sales are excluded). Orders placed after 4pm CST usually ship the following business day (holidays and major sales excluded).

Priority Mail
  (USPS) - Provided free for orders over $75. Offered at checkout for $9.75. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Shipping Dates are provided by the mail carrier but they are not guaranteed. Shipping Fees will not be refunded due to delays by the mail carrier. 

Overnight Shipping  (UPS) - Offered at checkout for $35. Orders must be placed before 4PM CST for same day shipping. UPS will NOT ship to a P.O BOX. All orders placed after 4PM on a Friday, will ship the following business day.


INTERNATIONAL:
International Shipping is not provided.

TRACKING:

After an order ships, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. This email will include a mail issued tracking number.

LOST MAIL:

Imagine That Boutique is not responsible for packages stolen or removed from a customer’s property after the package is “Delivered” by the mail carrier.

If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact your local Post Office or Carrier and provide them with the tracking number. Request a Case Number. If the Carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us within 7 business days from when the package was “Delivered”  with your Case Number at customerservice@imaginethatboutique.com.

Imagine That Boutique will not take responsibility for lost packages reported after 7 business days from the alleged “Delivery” date and will not  take responsibility for any lost packages without a valid USPS Case Number. No exceptions.
