All returns and exchanges will NOT be processed without a return form. Please download the form below.

RETURN FORM

You may make your returns/exchanges in person at either of our locations.

Returns
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please view the return deadlines below.

RETURN DEADLINES:

Refunds: Must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment only. Once processed, refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your bank account. Shipping fees are not refundable. If original form of payment is unavailable, a Imagine That Boutique Store Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Exchanges: Must be received within 45 days of the original order date. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original tags. The items must be unwashed.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@imaginethatboutique.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items in that meet the requirements may be exchanged for merchandise of equal or lesser value.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DEFECTIVE / MISSING ITEMS:

Imagine That must be notified of defective items prior to the return of such items and within 7 days of the order delivery date.  Notifications must be in the form of email to returns@imaginethatboutique.com identifying the defect and the need of a return or exchange. Please include a clear photo of the defect in your email. All defective items must be unworn and unwashed. Any defective, worn, or used items received by our Return Department without prior approval will not be processed. No exceptions.
